Brent was born August 21, 1962, in Rupert, Idaho, to parents, John Yoshio and Sumiko Kobayashi. He graduated from Minico High School and went to welding technical school for six months and then purchased farm ground and a house so he could continue farming alongside his dad and brother. My sincere condolences to all of the Monture family. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, nieces and nephews, co-workers, veterans and farmers.

I was blessed with wonderful parents, Ned , and Helen , who raised me, my brother Hugh and my sister Jane in Windsor, Vermont. I graduated from Middlebury College, where I focused on competitive skiing and parties, and the University of Pennsylvania Dental School, where I focused on my studies. I opened a dental practice in Springfield, VT in 1967. My wife Nancy and I built a home on Woodbury Road and raised three children, Molly , Jes and Peter .

He was a great man who had so much love for his community, family and his friends. He would do anything for anyone, had such a big heart. Every time we ran into him we chatted and had to catch up.

He loved shooting and reloading ammunition, fishing, snowmobiling; riding dirt bikes, four wheelers and side-by-sides. He was preceded in death by his father, Jorge Arboleda. Our sincere condolences to Vera and family members. John was a real gentleman, who always spoke or acknowledge when in the area.
Located in Geauga County, the St. Johns realized their dream to open a second funeral home and did so in March, 2014. Expanding their ministry, they sought and found their location in Bainbridge Township. He also had a passion for John Deere tractors, specifically wanting a John Deere 4020. He and his family packed in more life experiences and memories in his 8 years, than most experience in a whole lifetime. Peter will be greatly missed by all those whom lives were touched by his kindness and love. Our thoughts are with Vera and family and the many friends of John. We pray that cherished memories and the love of family and friends will give you some comfort during these difficult days. His presence will be so missed at the Veterans' services.
Anytime Vera came into the office I had to go out and see “the old guy”, I’d always ask how he was first. Our hearts go out to all who are hurting, the world lost a great man. Sending my sincere condolences to Vera and the family.
